That one we did in "Crime Hills" wasn't the most dangerous we worked on. There is a McDonald's in Orlando on OBT at Gore street we worked on. One day, the cops came and locked everyone in and out of the store, because there was supposed to be a gang fight there that day. The super of that job told me at the same McD, they were changing the drink station one night, thugs came in with guns, robbed all the customers, the guys working there, the cash registers, and hauled azz. They didn't try for the safe. Right next door to it is a rental place where he told me two different managers had been shot and killed while being robbed. I wouldn't let any of my guys stay after dark. Fck that!

The good news is the Guardian Angels are forming a group to roam the bad areas of Otown. Silva was on TV for about a week.

One of the electricians on the Crime Hills job has a son that's a cop in that area. He used to stop by at lunch and hang out with his dad. His dad always reached in and felt his chest to be sure he wore his vest. I told him that duty must suck, but he told me he refused to transfer to another area because he liked the excitement. His dad didn't really like that.

That happens more than you think. People steal cans all the time, repaint them and use em. I have a guy I use that has 12 and he has had 2 stolen.. In a 3 year time frame.

That sounds very similar to the one in Linden, NJ on Routes 1&9, looks really good. (may be mistaken about location) Have seen it though.

That's what the guy from Waste Management said when they called to tell him.
