Congrats Gino, My family is partners in a ranch out near Puerto Viejo de Sarrahpiqui. I travel down there 3-4 times a year and will be looking foward to check the place out. Good Luck in the new venture, Costa Rica is a great place.

That turned out to be an unjustified closing. The old owner won that case. We have already obtained all necessary permits. It's all about $$. You pay what they ask and they are happy.
