6:00-3:00 every day and at least a coluple of hours in the evening.

Same as most others have said...pretty much all day on and off, and some at night too.
I work from home and have both a work pc and a home pc at my desk, so I multi-task. :D I don't watch much tv, so after the kids go to bed, I usually end up back in my office doing the same thing I did all day.
