You want to get your own surveyor. do an internet search for surveyors in that area and go with a certified guy, better yet get a recommendation from somone on this board who lives near the boat that is for sale to recommend a surveyor to you. Ditto on this!!! Regal build quality can be questionable,Check it well. On a Stepp build pay very close attention to water infiltration in the transom area. They are very prone to this. Caused by failure to glass transom cut outs and penetrations, and lack of, or real poor caulking when built. Lots of people have been caught by this, you need to check very close on this. It's not a cheap fix.

Use the NADA boat values as a guide. Shop on Boattrader for a similar models and compare prices.
