I am glad and happy everyone is ok. But that on air-reporter needs to get his as handed to him trying to sensationalize the situation.

Fuel spewing into the water.... That comment just pissed me off. Now the reporter on the scene... Thumbs up to him for reporting the FACTS. Fuel tank breached and the fuel is being leaked and burned with Coast Guard monitoring the situation. No SPEWING... Only spewing was the dribble from the reporters mouth in the studio.

Sorry that just touched a nerve. Glad everyone is ok and safe. The boat can be replaced.

Oh man that's terrible to see. That's an awesome boat and I really enjoyed seeing it at Outlaw this year. Glad everyone made it okay.

Is this the eventual fate of every turbine powered go-fast boat??? seems like this happens a lot for the number of them that exist in the world. Sad.

Weird how more then one turbine boat has caught fire but at the same time look how many turbine powered planes etc do not.

Plus I believe there a quite a bit more turbine boats out there then many of us know about. Shoot there was a turbine Black Thunder!

Whats your point?

Turbine marine just redid this boat and there was big plans for it next year. They are even building another turbine boat as we speak.

So where are you trying to take this?

http://sharkeyimages.zenfolio.com/st...8337#h189c8337 But turbines and HOT TUBS in a 50 cat seemed like such a great idea at the time....
