Just search the forums on this subject. It's been discussed multiple times before. If your looking for an awesome Hustler at a great price check ours out. It's the first boat in the classifieds. We looked at both boats and you can see which one we chose.

Absolutly NOT TRUE. The freeboard on a Lighting will be a tade higher . The Hustler weights 500lbs less that the Fountain and the Fountain holds a little more fuel than the Hustler.
Both are great boats so you should go climb around them to see which YOU like the best.

The Hustler has a deeper cockpit than that 38 Fnt, it does have a larger cabin, and is an all around bigger boat in the years he is looking at. I have been on both.
