I can run our tank empty in one average poker run here in the Thousand islands. 36 apache with 575SCi's. Are you lookinf for exact numbers?? They are a very thirsty engine!!

Oh, we have about the same size tank too.

Thanks Jeff............I would guess that your poker runs are around 75 miles like the three events NPBA holds here each year.......and at WOT I figured I would burn it up that fast. Do you get better range when not running as hard as you would in a poker run? I am asking because I know the 575's have to run on at least 91 and sometimes the 91 is hard to come by.....

Get in touch with BillR here on the board. He has same setup in a 38 TS/TG, and can probably shed some info.

With a pair of 496HOs, I get about 2mpg with an aggressive cruise.
With 525EFIs, I'd venture a guess at 1.5mpg.
With 575SCis, I'd venture a guess at 1 mpg.

The 575's are thursty. Every test report I have seen on these motors puts thEm at around 90 to 95 GPH at WOT. I run a 2001 PQ with the stock 575's and at moderate rpm's , 3000 to 4000, it burns close to 1 gallon per min. But is is worth every $$$$$$$
