Default Peter of the NasWa passes

Sad news for people of Laconia . Peter Makris (82) owner of the NasWa has passed away . I'm sure alot of us have parked at the dock and enjoyed a cold one . What a great guy .
Here is a pic of us riding at the VQ Bikers Ball .

RIP. It is a fun place to hang out and have a drink. Just don't try and get some food

I met Peter for the first time last June when we went down for Bike Week. My friends and I will miss him. A very nice man.
My deepest sympathy to Cinthia and the Makris family.

Unhappy

I think I met him on my honeymoon in 86, we ran in to a problem with the campground around the corner and a guy who was a doc who hung there took good care of us. I meet the daughter acouple of times at the races, and working up there. RIP

Was at the funeral and reception on Saturday. Very strong turnout to pay respect to him and support his family. His presence will carry on at the Naswa.

Sad news. He was a real nice guy. Always smiling and enjoying life. Life's too short.
