Yeah Ive read about Powell that lake looks to be pretty awesome, the drop on Cumberland is about 43 feet (723 above sea level is normal in the summer its at 680 now) they originally wanted to go down 30 feet more but that was scrubbed due to water intakes that would only have 3-5 feet of water to draw from and no power generation at that level
