Hmph. So far, the best offer I have is Miklos' 22-footer. He describes it as "Steer or Die".....

As of Tuesday Morning, the 5-day looks great! It will be sunny most every day with highs around 70-72, lows in the mid-50's with only a slight chance of showers beginning Sunday.
