1988 Tracker Pro 17, 40 hp Mariner.....1972 Glastron GT 140, Merc 50 power!!!
The end of an ERA!!!
Well, after many tries and failures... I finally got rid of the 'Foul last week. Unfortunatly I didn't get anywhere near what I owed and am now paying my father back for some $$ he loaned me to get out from under the Baja. Lot cheaper to pay my father than the bank!!
So, anyway... I have a TON of stuff left from my 12 years in that boat. Fenders, dock lines, anchor (with chain and rode), a Powertech 21 pitch 4 blade prop, stock merc. exhaust manifolds (somehow I ened up with two sets of these over the years), a full long block (intake to crank... no pan) that I got from Audiofn, an engine stand, a cherry picker, one merc trim pump, and a lot of other "stuff." Make me an offer on any or all of it.
Now to top it all off my company (JCI) sold me and 600 others at my plant (and one plant in Ontario and 2 in Mexico) down the river yesterday by announcing that we are now going to be managed by Plastech and will no longer be JCI employees. This WILL result in a major paycut which is the LAST thing I need these days. So I'm back looking for another job in the West Michigan area (anyone care to help a fella out?).
Also, I'm looking for a used aluminum bass boat (Like a Tracker, Lowe, etc... in the 15-17' range) with Merc or Yammi power. I obviously don't have a lot of cash but with some upcoming things I should be able to come up with some...
Congrats Mike on the sale. I know it's been a long time coming. An end of an Era is right, The 'Foul has been an OSO mainstay for as long I can remember - and even before.
