Default Last project for a long time

Divorce/Finance forced my boat sale a few years ago. Bought a pontoon to stay on the water. This thing showed up and I thought it would make a good winter project. Not again for a long time! Though it was kind of fun to see it taking shape.Last project for a long time-dsc00058.jpg

Thats a 24 Challenger (Aero Tech), they were built in Rockford Michigan by Mike Bauers for a few years. I have had several friends that owned them. Nice Boat, if you are not from michigan you may not have scene them.

where in MI are you from, we used to know a guy with an Aero and he had a black Scotty dog named Satin. He boated on Lake St Clair around the Clinton River in the early 90's. Did Aero become another boat company?

By the way you did a BEAUTIFUL job on the boat, you should post more pictures in the clasic boat section

Sweet. All that elbow grease paid off amigo. That boat reminds me of the Gran Torino in Starsky and Hutch
