I owned a 251 Convincor for a 1 1/2 years. It was a good boat. I took a factory tour, maybe this deal will help checkmate grow and update the boats. and the facility. Good luck to them.

So how long has Doug been gone from Baja? Does this mean Baja's changes are going to get better or worse? baja has seemed to being going in the right direction in the last couple of years. Hope it still does.

Dougs been gone for a few years now. He retired .. vacationed ... sold Harleys ... retired again ... thought about moving to Florida ... then decided to start building boats again :cool: Baja has some good people in place right now. .. from the marketing dept and engineers to production ... I really dont look for this to effect them much at all.
