That is a ridiculous idea. Banning over 26' boats or rafts greater than 3 boats won't do anything to control the crowds or the partying. somebody needs to remind them of the $$$ these people spend in the local community on such events, gass, food and beverages etc...bigger boats use more gas, hold more hungry thirsty people etc bigger = more $$, $$ usually beats a couple unhappy people trying to outlaw fun.
