This is the twin to the yellow boat in the avatar above. Once was a record holder in England also. Owned by Reefer Racing in the U.K. when it was new.

As DKerns says, the white 320 pictured held the Poole, England to Cherbourg, France record in 1996. It was originally built as a twin engine boat and we (Reefer Racing) had it converted to a supercharged single in 2001/2.
The yellow boat in the avatar was built as a single engine race boat in 1997 and won a couple of races. It then became one of our corporate hospitality boats along with the white 320 and our new company race boat in 1998 was a Cougar Thunderboat which went on to become the ProVee champ in 2002.
The blue Velocity 30 was built in 81/2 I believe and was the first Velocity in England. It was originally powered by twin Ford Cosworth Indy type V8s (very unsucessfully) and then by twin Coyote small blocks. It now has twin big blocks and I was very pleased to be invited to throttle it in Cowes, England last August.

The single engine 32 was a much better balanced boat than the twin. The twin would drop its stern into troughs where the single would just go over the top.
Given my druthers for racing purposes in a boat that size I would go for a big single every time.
