I've lost touch with all the finer nuances about the latest in racing over the off-season, so someone explain this to me please.

What is the Offshore Super Cat powerboat racing class?

I see familiar names from both organizations, I see race sites from both organizations, and I see the worlds at Key West.....Have the cat guys got together and unified?

If so, way to go!! Sounds good and it should be a great year!
