The closest Fountain dealer is Riverview Marine. We sell Fountain, Donzi, Powerquest and some leftover Regal boats. You can usually tell if you are visiting a strong dealership by how long a particular brand has been at the store. We have sold Fountains for about 10 years and this line has lroved to be an awesome product with a strong following. You don't have to bring your boat here to be serviced. Fountain is usually pretty good about having a dealership with Merc. Certified mechanics do warranty work. We have done almost a complete house cleaning in our Service Dept. so that our customers are satisfied. It was feedback from cusomers that prompted this change. We have Certified Mechanic as well as some awesome Performance mechanics from Florida. Where are you located at in Ill, I've got a friend with a 99 32 and he has a few upholstery issuses that need adressed, and if JB is not willing to fix them we may need to tow it over to your neck of the woods. It's a real shame to lose a local dealer like that, there's a ton of fountians here in the detroit area and most of them from JB, what are the owners w/o trailers supposed to do with non-merc issues...

The best way to get upholsery fixed would be to deal directly with Fountain and ask them where you should bring it. If you know of an upholstery place discuss it with Fountain and maybe they will let you have it repaired by your shop. If you don't get anywhere with it give us a call at 815-663-1000. Thanks! As far as service is concerned every company has to make adjustments in personell and the way they do business. Riverview is no exception to that rule. So we feel with the changes to service and the personell we hired that we are positioned to better serve our customer.
