Default 32 Sunsation Rolls at Havasu

I read on another site (and saw pictures) of another 32 Sunsation rolling. Two people were aboard and both were tossed out in the accident. Female was taken to the hospital with neck pain and the driver was fine (refused treatment). From the pictures, it looks like the transom nearly ripped off.

Reports state that the driver was traveling fast and turned quickly to avoid a fishing boat.

Is this a hull issue or driver issue?

Hopefully all are ok. Until all the facts are in and the truth is known, its hard to tell. As we have come to understand, the first reports are not always the most accurate.

The pic's on that site your looking at are from the Fox River a couple years ago.
Sounds like from initial reports that this driver and the Fox River Driver had a lot in common.
Alcohol. Cited for BUI
High speed. Witness who picked up the occupants.
Sharp turn. Same as above.
Not much can go right in that case if that's all true

My bad on the picture... yes, the one on the other site was from IL. If true, I hope all are well.
