Has anyone had any experience with intercoms for pleasure use, not race application, for say four passengers, open cockpit boats? What should I expect to pay? Do they work well? Thanks Poolman

I was on Audasity boat over new years in key west and he has them. they worked really well and looked good also.

We have the CompCom system in our cat. It is a 6 passenger unit with headset and mikes for all. It has 3 volume controls and is always on not voice actuated. They work well but at very high speeds there is some noise through the mikes and earpieces. Also at speeds over 80 or so the sets start to lift off your head. We have had straps made that solve that problem. This is the same system that Skater installs in their Cats.
Overall I'm mostly happy with their performance.
