Default Going Faster

I have 99 Powerplay 33 sportdeck 502s Mpi with a 100hrs on the motors they are about 450hp the boat does 80 I would like to see the boat in the high 90s looking for some input I was looking into the vortech supercharges & uping the cams roller rocker and doing something with the heads . Any body with input I would be greatfull .

if your boat runs a true 80, then adding superchargers will pick it up 12 to 15 mph more, so that put you at 92 to 95 after prop changes and superchargers, to get any more than that will require either to run more boost[which will need better head gaskets and bigger fuel injectors] or go with cam change and some head porting to get those last few mph

we had a guy in our marina who had a powerplay. He put some 540's in the boat and I believe it ran into the 90's. I think the motors were about 650 hp.

The old Wizard of Oz boat had like 700+ hp motors and ran upper 90's
