Post Scale Models of Performance Boats

Does anyone remember the posts from a few months ago about the company that was in the process of doing molds of scale models of offshore performance boats? they said they would be ready for "selling" by January 2002. Also said with lots of very fine detail!! What happened to them??? Are they still working on the product?? Are they going to do V's and Cats"???

I always wanted to make a model of a dually pulling a Fountain and paint it up like mine. They have die cast models of duallys in 1/24 scale but when I asked about an offshore powerboat model kit all I got was....A What???

It may have been Bonzi (yes that's with a "B" not a "D"). They had some really neat R/C boats at the Houston show. (Even a Fountain for us beak-heads.) I have their info if anyone wants it.

I went to Yahoo and typed in Bonzi R/C boats. It should bring it up. I forgot what it was.
