Intercostal has my application and they have been a nightmare, 3 weeks and I have had to call them 3 times, last time they didn't even bother to call back. (5 days ago)
They have 30 days under the fair credit act to process my application and respond. If they don't I'm filing a complaint. It's an absolute joke, I don't know who runs that joint but he or she needs a lesson in customer service.
And it isn't like I have bad credit, my scores are 727 to 770 depending on if you use Fair Issac, Beacon or whom ever.
I'm really pissed at them. Even if they approve my loan I wouldn't take it from them no matter what the rate.

I just refinanced with Citizen's Bank of Detroit for 7.25%. Try to talk to Vicki Hamilton, she has done great for me on 2 loans. 1800-444-6989. Also try Boatsbank.com. They approved me @ 7.75%. Essex promised me 6.9% at the Chicago Boat Show and then when I called the Monday after, they suddenly couldn't do it. Essex is just a broker for other banks anyway.
