Default Need HELP with a gift idea!

Hi Everyone,

I need to get my brother a birthday gift and would really like to get him something he could use on or for the boat.

Any and all suggestions are welcomed!

I know he scans the Offshore Only Forum frequently so I can't divulge his name or what kind of boat he has or there will be no suprise! I can say his boat is new and goes 100+.

Looking for suggestions for cool boat gadgets, cleaning kits, safety kits or anything you guys think would be a nice gift. Budget from $100 to $300. Thanks in advance!!!!!

How about a soft cooler (or a couple of them) from these guys? http://www.aocoolers.com

Maybe a set of tools to keep in his boat. You can usually find a nice boat tool box (soft bag) at a good marine place with most of all the basic essentials.

Free detail job

Personalized towel with boat logo and matching colors.

I like all of your ideas so far. (He has the soft cooler already....neat little package).

The tool kit is something that he could most likely use. (Hopefully I do not jinx him and something breaks) Kind of looking for a "high end" kit, not too expensive but something nice. Want to stay away from the "all yours for only $19.95" kits. Would love to find a place that sells classy kits that actually could work when needed. Any web stores or recommendations of brand names???

He has the towels, gas goes too fast (twin Viper Motors), he gets a free detail job everytime I go out on the boat with him because I am enlisted to clean.....I don't mind......

Thanks a bunch everyone!

Yeah now, that'll cost you the centerfold

If you like the idea of tools, here's a kit specific to boaters. Comes in a water tight/proof case. 125 tools in the case.

I just received one for testing and it seems like an OK brand of tools. Enough for minor repairs and hopefully they won't see any water so they won't rust. They claim the closed, sealed yellow box full of tools will float.

Give him a lifeline jacket. It may come in handy one day @
100+. You will still have enough change to get burger and fries!
