Default Rocket Brand Racing Fuels

Does anyone here use these fuels? What are the differences from Citgo and Sunoco fuels if any?

One of the distributors in town sells that brand. I had info on them a couple of years ago, but don't remember who it was. The guy gave me some Rocket Brand Racing stickers though

LOL, gasoline isn't my forte! They are making a switch at the marina and I hadn't heard of this brand. Everything I read on the website looks good and they responded to my email with more good info. Just curious if any of the motorheads around here had anything to contribute. I need the sweet stuff in my baby!

The first I heard about it was in Memphis 2 years ago. They use it in the Hot Rod Pump gas drags there, didnt hear anything bad.But if given a choice would use a bigger name brand though.

I use their 100 full time in my play car, have for 2 years now. I run big boost in it and I've never had a detonation / knock count issue. I use a logger also for verification. What brand is your marina switching from ? The Citgo by my house only offers the LEADED 110 but we have drag boat races nearby and a fair amount of guys run Keith Black Hemi's and such.

Bottom line: No worries.

Great! I spoke with them this morning and they indicated they do not use ethanol in their 111 octane which is good for me. They do however use it in their 100 which is no good for me!

The marina has Citgo 110 right now which has been great, but the distributer is not going to offer it anymore. They did offer the Rocket 111 which sounds fine. Just as long as we have good stuff at the pump I'm happy. I don't want to mess with those barrels.

Thanks for the replies guys! skater40 aka Predator you looked awesome out there last weekend!

Well CITGO will help this wack job that just appropriated Major Oil Companies Holding.

So thank the commy down there for your gas hike in the next few days...

He might give ideas to the dems...

We have been using it in some Top Sportman Drag Race cars and the stuff holds up to Sunoco and the rest of them. No problem.
