Have to give in to sound laws...Switchable or Not?

I dodged tickets all season last year, but I think its time to quiet the baby's down. They are JC Performance, 750-800 HP, Littlefield Blowers. Does anyone make switchables to get down to 87db (or close) at that Horsepower? I really don't want them on all the time (I don't want them on at all) and I realize switchable is illegal in CT but I had it on my Scarab and they didn't bother me. What are the other options? Donkey D!cks? I've seen them on boats but never in action. They would look funny coming off of a Cat. What should I do?

You could think about the 90's and put the exhaust under water while idling off plane.

if you have dry pipes it will be hard to get the db that low

According to our current laws in Virginia switchable exhaust is illegal

The DEP in CT couldn't tell if you had switchable mufflers or not. I'd say keep on dodging the DEP. Your cat sounds just fine.:D Last year it seemed they cut down on stopping boats for nosie in our area.
