I got the Hudson sprayer with Viton seals. been using it for years no issues and compared to the comercial "marine" ones you can see the fluid level in it. I also use a air line quick dissconnect so I can thread in the adapter then connect the hose and valve.. Jeff Houghtaling |
Check out Stevens Instrument Company Model 33 Gearcase Filler. Nice product at a reasonable price. The fittings are made to screw right into the gearcase with a valve and quick couple fitting. Thet are Made in USA and distributed from the comapny out of Waukegan Illinois.

I installed the valve stem on my self-winterization 5 gallon antifreeze jug. I pressurize the jug before I start the motor and the air pressure force feeds the SWP with AF so there are no priming issues. It works great! I posted pictures of this setup some time back. Keep the compressor running while you winterize the motor on the final few moments and it keeps the AF flowing the entire time.
