How much for 1997 Formula 31' fastech

What would be a reasonable offer for a 1997 31' Formula Fastech with 135 hours on 502s? It has been sitting for four years on blocks, but I will have it checked out as per your responses on my last post. It has no trailer but I don't need one, it has K-Planes. Your opinion is greatly appreciated. PS Does anyone have any reviews of this boat for me?
