I own a Concept 36 with twin Verado's. Love the look but I have some concerns and not sure I would make it my first choice next go round. Little things like the radar arch broke, spliced battery cabels, screw backing out, etc. Agree with some of the others. go with a self bailing CC.

Really...screw backed out from where? Arch broke how? Spliced cables??? Any of this made known to your dealer? What year is this boat, must only be a few years if has Verados.

We have a self bailing option on our price sheet. Usually, I discuss with the client when he asks for this as to what purpose he needs it as if you put holes in the side of the boat and a pump fails or a plug is left out or a large amount of water including rain is taken in, the bildge will fill first and if pump(s) are not in operable order, holes in the side of the boat will HELP to sink it. We do have a Y-valve system hooked directly to the scuppers to drain the water directly overboard for the client that say would be leaving the boat on a lift for long periods and doesn't want to keep it hooked to a battery charger. I've seen some real "hoaky" stuff called self-bailing, one of these days I'm gonna find the time to go get photos and show you some of this.
