I got my props shipped in a "prop box". It has two cardboard inserts inside (top & bottom) that are sliced to hold the blades in place. Hill has em.

I wouldn't put two in one box. Call your prop guy- he'll probably send them to you.

Mercury has prety tough boxes that they ship their props in, I allways have just reused the ones the props came in, but since you don't have those maybe a local dealer would have or save you some prop boxes. The Mercury High Performance boxes have plywood that the prop gets bolted to that slides into one side of the box.
