Im surprised half of the left coast boaters are actually thinking about putting a boat in the flat surface, freshwater lake. I remember a source of pride - ocean water and ocean waves or nothing at all!!

It may be cool then but we have thick blood and can handle it NO PROBLEM and we will definitely NOT be bowing our heads!!! And Bruce is right we have plenty of blower motors myself included and they make more H.P. with clean cool air!!! :cool:

We also have alot more boats here that can tame big water without breaking a sweat unlike all those lake racers out west. :D

Well, I have not been to LOTO, but I can explain what I've seen at Havasu's famous "Sandbar!"

With a video camera in hand, one could film enough activity in one day to make a movie. Now, this movie could only be found in the room with the high door knob at your local video store :eek: :D :p

That’s sweet. An OSO group hug. Are you telling me that after the cows are milked, and the chickens and sheep are fed, you guys head up to LOTO and party it up? No way. We’ll just see how this plays out. You got your Wally factor……I’ll give you that. But I think I only saw one photo from LOTO that would be worthy of being in the same caliber of the “Havasu, Havabrew, Havascrew” theme. Maybe you’re holding back the real deal with a Vegas like poke-her face on.

Damn Nort, I usually stay away from Havasu on Memorial because it is so crazy but I might have to go. There is no bigger party than Havasu on memorial. Hmmmm, if loto is so great how come MTV has not made it there yet, I guess it is not as worthy as havasu. :D :D :cool:

I think we need to enlist the help of a neutral third party to do an actual count at each sight along with pictures and stats etc.
Any magazines we can contact to help us with this endeavor? I'm sure Hot Boat might be interested. Unfortunately Powerboat is probably out of the question right now because of the touchy topics as of late--

Ok Nort, I'll go through my archives tonight and post some pics of the "typical" weekend party that we have at LOTO :D be on the look out for them in the morning! (Women should not look at these!!! I have a reputation to destroy! I mean uphold! ;) :D )

As for MTV not doing anything out at LOTO.....well i'd rather keep it that way!! As soon at it gets bigger exposure, the ratio of guys to girls will jump to Havasu standards!!! Every pic i see from Havasu is of a 100 guys crowding around 3 girls! :( whats up with dat??? At LOTO we get like 3 girls for every guy! Only other places i know of like that are the strip joints! :D :D :p
