A 35 foot FOUNTAIN :)
Just got a ride in Dude! Sweet!'s Pantera 28 single this past weekend in the So. Cal chop. Let me tell you that is one solid boat. The only time you get any slapping out of it, is if it hits rolled to one side or another pretty far. Otherwise, it knifes through. I'd love to see one of the magazines do a rough water shootout, where they take several boats of approximately the same length out in super rough water, and see which one rides the best, and handles the best. Prolly the boat with the best driver in it - simple isn't it?
|
The Sutphen would chew-up and spit out those other rough water pretenders! (I am not considering Cats in this question, just Vee's)

How about the old 30 Scarabs. I love the ride of this boat.

27 or 30 Activator will beat every boat mentioned in rough water!

I am a little partial to the 32 Viper. Only 11 built back in the early 80's. Awsome offshore boat. 77 races on her and still ticken
