Big cubic inches or supercharger?
What would you rather have?
A large bore motor (say 600+c.i.) or a 502 (ish) supercharged motor making equal horsepower?
whats the pros cons of each?

I found a set of 632 c.i. @725hp
They are N/A big cube motors.. is the weight difference substantial between a motor this size and a supercharged 502 or 454?

Do both 600 ci with 16-71's The way it works is a supercharger makes things like head ports & monster cam lift less important. Also a proper set-up supercharged motor makes more mid range power & makes at least the same if not more top end power. A blower is a cure all for a motor you don't have to depend on vacuum it's forced. The down side is you can not get cheap on the short block assembly you must have good parts down in the boules of the motor or it will find the weak link & more than likely you'll get to look at it laying in the bottom of the bilge.
