Windburn Prevention?

As I'm getting the SCARAB up to speed now I have learned that contacts and driving fast do not mix, hence prescription sunglasses. How about a preventive measure for windburn?
Thanks.

I have found that sunblock works well for windburn protection, have you tried some motorcycle type wrap around glasses?

Bigger windscreen! It's the only thing that worked for my wife and me.

Can you put flip up windscreens or extensions on your fairing? They will flip up when you are going fast and then lower the rest of the time.
I have the name of a company that will build you prescription windproof sunglasses. I wear them when I am running hard.

How about a bandana?

These are the glasses/goggles I use. they work great at keeping the wind out at 70+ and they're polarized. Don't know about windburn though.

Check with OSO member cowisl, he had a nice windscreen (plexi) made for his Powerplay.

Jeff, I think you will find that a spf 50 sports cream type sunblock will help prevent the windburn on your forehead, you will have to re-apply 1-2 times if you are out all day. It can get painful if it sweats into your eyes though:ernaehrung004:
