Actually, he lives in the lighthouse. Tank just forgot to replace the burned out bulb.

Story is it's been out there like that for a week now! I don't know what the deal is....Guess they dont want to pay the couple G's seatow would charge to get it off the beach. They've been camping on the beach next to it so no one messes with it....Like anyone would want to mess with that POS!

Three rules of realestate...Location, location, location....Trust me, the house is not spectacular....Built in 1927 it's one of the first houses on the beach....However, the VIEWS are what it's all about....Beach/ocean out front, Harbor out the back. And here's a picture (circa 1930) of our house We've actually considered moving to Florida/Hawaii (two of the places we like to go) but we just love it here too much!

Yea, seems that way....Last years was a bit more spendy though!!! The Californian Grounded!

And if they're not running them aground they're dropping them off of 100' cranes!!!
