Default Gasoline Stain

Looking for some advice on getting out the pesky yellow stain that seems to keep forming on both sides of my 35ZR from the fuel vents below the fill gap. Thanks in advance...

If it's painted your screwed. If it's gelcoat you may be able to sand and buff it.
