I need your help. I've been studying this photo and I can't decide if this is the correct use for this piece of equipment. The image raises many questions in my mind and I am hoping a poll of the board will help me get my mind around this. Thanks.

haha! Talk about putting a bullseye on yourself! Nothing like wearing bright orange and dodging bullets. Must of been during hurricane katrina and he was just expecting high waters at any time during the looting.

This is a insurgent Somailian. Tricked into doing this because he high on Khat and stoopid. The elders in his tribe put these fools up to this and he is so damned stoned he won't even know it when he dies.

I don't know, the head looks off, like a photoshop deal. Otherwise it may be to tell each other apart. I mean it would be like us fighting each other, we all look the same so we would just shoot our own side. Hows that for being PC
