whats the best deal for less than $160K........have a 366 Intrepid to trade

I am looking for a v-hull, over 36 feet, and does 80+ mph.....What do you guys think is the best deal on a used boat for sale right now that fits these specs??????? And I dont mean asking price, I mean that can be bought for $160K.........:D I also have a 2001 366 Intrepid if anybody is interested in a trade........No Fountains please.
