That picture from Havasu is from Copper canyon, which doesn't look like that anymore on big weekends due to the mandatory no boat zone down the middle. Copper canyone was a big pain in the ass I will agree with you LOTO people on that. The cool thing was you just jumped from boat to boat any direction. However if you were in the back, you were there for the rest of the day.

Now the reason no one is rafted up at the sand bar is because you actually beach your boat and get out and walk around in nice temp. ankle to waist deep water. I'll party at either spot!! But let's see you have the canal, the sandbar, copper canyon, and steamboat cove to party in. What's the deal, LOTO only has one place to party??

I think boating is "okay" fun, I don't like crowds or lots of people, I get uncomfortable around skantily clothed girls, I don't like boats that go fast (they scare me) and I my skin is pale from the winter, but I have water wings, so I'm gonna head for LOTO where I'll fit in!!!!!!
