Did you have any problem launching the Skater at Treasure Cove? It's the official launch for the poker run. Just curious.

It's awfully small and a bit shallow ......... The people are very nice and it ultimately worked out. There is no way that a much larger boat could be accomodated...

There is not enough parking space for a large fleet. As we took off props, put the covers on, tied down, etc...we seemed to tie up the entire place...... You can launch only one boat at a time, and work on only one or two others on shore. Is there some kind of municipal or town ramp?

Otis ----- Do we pay and pre-register now or register and pay on friday 10/5 ?

Labor Day weekend the parking lot was as full as I have ever seen it. In October there not nearly as busy so the whole lot should be ours.

Sure. If you want to drive 40 odd miles north to Ticonderoga. Its the only free ramp that can handle bigger than a PWC. You should have launched at Norowal.(up to 30') Or used Fishers on the East side. They have a good ramp, and are sold, but still open.

He was staying at Treasure Cove, launch and docking is free.

If you opted for the pics at the Sacandaga run when are they supposed to come in?

Yes, I know. But he asked about public ramps, and complained about their ramp. Free doesn't mean much if its a pain to launch or a crumy ramp. Look at the "free" Million Dollar Beach one. Its good for canoes and jetskis,
