I haven't been up the river in quite a while. Drove accross the WW bridge yesterday an it's coming along good. Progress will probably surpass the WW bridge... lol

pretty optimistic in that pic with the blue water...all I see when going by is thick brown with medical waste, or junkie waste, same thing though..
then what about the porch monkeys that will be sitting on the docks fishing every day?

One does question why their. Unless they wanted a direct road in off I95. If the customers have to go in through those neighborhoods in Ft Washington to get their, they will think twice especially after dark. Their maybe 2 ft of water at high tide, at the location for the marina. 3 ft of mud, so I quess they will be dredging out a channel. I can see it now, folks in multi million dollar boats pulling up to the marina, and the locals landing catfish, carp and a few snapping turtles on the same pier.

I'm pretty sure they had a model of that at the International Council if Shopping Centers convention in Las Vegas in April.

If you look at the Wilson Bridge plans, they get their own on and off ramps. Money talks.

They are even trying to get their own zip code, so they don't have to be associated with the local neighbors.
