Default twin turbine fountain in boyne falls michigan

I was heading north on 131 a few miles south of boyne falls heading to lake charlevoix sunday afternoon and I passed a twin turbine 42 or 47 ft fountain heading south. You could see the stacks coming out the back in my rear view mirror, anyone on hear know any thing about it or seen it run,I was just curious,Smitty

Too funny!!! I had the SAME question for some of the locals up there (Wrinkleface and his buddy Mike)! We pulled into Bay Harbor Saturday afternoon and it was sitting in the water in front of a monster house. It's a 42...the name on it is "G5." I saw a weird assortment of vents on the hullsides first, then noticed the cover over the swim platform that could only be sheltering turbine exhaust ports...no? We were trying to see what drives were on the boat...didn't look like 6s..but we didn't get too close.

We had a blast Todd. Unbelievably beautiful...and I NEVER expected the $$$$$ that's up there! Every house was like a mil+! Went to Bay Harbor...looks like they scooped up Aspen and slapped it down on the lake!

That was us Ian! A loooong trip for the red rig...didn't get up there until midnight Friday night...then we were up 'till the bars kicked us out.

We stayed at the brand-new marina right in Round Lake...they don't have any facilities built yet, so we just slept on the boat and Kool-Aid Man had a condo rented right across the channel where we could shower.

Smitty, is this what you guys were looking at?
He has a CABIN LOL at Bay Harbor where he keeps it. If you go to the Boyne Thunder post I think you will find more pics of it. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...ighlight=boyne That thing sounds awesome.
I'm glad everyone had a good time up here, it was a beautiful weekend.
