Rocky Aoki at Pt Pleasant this weekend
Rocky has been invited to be the Honorary Chairman of the Pt Pleasant race this weekend.
He will be one of a few old timers that have been invited by the guys of AMF. Thanks John Haggin.
Rocky, Bob Saccenti, Jerry Gilbreath, John Bochis, Billy Martin, Charlie McCarthy, Rich Luhrs and George Linder.

Does this mean hibachi at the geico camp?
Really , WOW a great group. I remember watching all those guys race through the years. Being local I couldn't wait til that race came to town!!!

Here is the program cover of the Benihana race the year after Bobby Saccenti won it in a monster of a boat.....the 44 foot MSV shown on the cover.
Bobby was the first winner of the race when it was sponsored by Benihana.

I grew up in NJ and loved going to the Pt. Pleasant races every summer! Rocky was always a true competitor.
I still have 2 mint condition programs from the early 80's from the PT. Pleasant races
