Default I had a pulley go out, help!

I had this pulley on the black plate go out and need to replace it? Would this be considered the idler pulley or something else? The pulley doesn't really do anything, just help's to guide the belt because of the water cross over. Thanks for your help.
James

typically that would be a water pump pulley, but as you dont have one it just has the plate.the 4 bolts generally go onto the front of the water pump. it should be an easy fix, just make sure the offset is the same, as some are recessed around the snout of the pump. Actually looking at the pic closer, it seems that it may have the snout of a water pump or fan bearing assembly bolted to the plate. if so you should be able to locate one of them and reuse the pulley.
