You CAN get an extended warranty for Merc 300xs. I got 2 additional yrs platinum coverage.

Just wondering what this is based on since the 300XS are within about 10lbs of the 200 Pro XS's. Verado 4 cylinders are the same weight as the 2 stroke 6's. Just wondering, what would you use instead?

Correct. My extra warranty expired 3/10/11. I was covered from 3/10/07 to 3/10/11.
