Have not seen these in person. Sweet looking boating, have a need and want of a sim styled boat made in Canada called Kazulin.

Funny you say that. I was real close to buying a Kavalk (Kazulin) 30 before my Sutphen 26. The Kavalk 30 seemed to be like a fancier Z30 Donzi. Good mix of style, function and speed. Hard to find these days.

I've only seen two on the water in person. One was my former next door neighbor. He took delivery in about 1988 and I've wanted one since. His was a 19 runabout and I took it to the marina for him a couple times for gas.

The only thing Cabriolet Royale 34' would be the jet. I'm addicted to jets, since I have one. Not a good option on anything but a tunnel or almost flat bottom, low freeboard hulls.

Hmmmm...I tend to agree with you, but there are some good jet applications on larger boats like the Hinkley Picnic Boats.

My neighbor was going to get a 30. When they delivered his 19' with the bow rumble seat. Hodgkinson, tried introducing the Kavalk people to my Dad. I met them and tried talking my Dad into one. I lived on Tsawwassen Beach with a lovely view of the BC Ferries terminal........Sweet pictures, Did you work with them or own one?

Are they still around? If the Royale 34' is missed out on Ebay. I'd give them a call, if it was me and wanted this style today.

I'm a speed addict..... The Kavalk however like want led to me buying Wooden Boats magazine.

The 19' embarrased my Sea Ray on a few occassions!

Found this on the net
