Exactly! I had the boat in the classifieds for a while and just got tired of sitting on it. There were lots of interested people but not at the price i was looking for. I am ready to move on to something else. This gladiator is a sweet boat and will make a great ride for someone. There are several people on here who have rode in it and and can comment.

That is one of the BEST LOOKING paintjobs ever on a boat. It's absolutely gorgeous! Best of luck with the sale.

I would think lowing the price on here would result in a better price than a auction

The last couple of boats that sold at a Righie Bros action brought a lot of coin! Good luck with the auction.

Their website indicates no reserves or minimums- absolute auction. I suppose the owner would have the right to match the max bid and pay the fees- maybe not?

Yes they did. I watched 2 42 Fountains bring way over what i thought they were worth at a Richie Bros. acution in Lubbock. 2 more days, i guess we will see what happens.

you can't do this in this type of auction. It is written up in the contract and i imagine if you did do it and Richie Bros found out, you would be in a lawsuit. That's what brings lots of people to their auctions, this along with no reserve.
