It sucks! Bird sanctuary....never seen more then a seagull on that island. I am still curious to see how strict they are about boats parking in the middle and drinking or rafting up?

The channel has never been easier to navigate since dirtlawyer started frequenting there!

That's what I heard about the channel. I was hoping to get him up here and help out with Channel A.

Dirt, how have you been? Lisa was asking if I heard from you and Nancy lately. If you are boatless come over and go out with us.

I have not been to Shell Island in a long time. Last time there were lots of people so drunk and bumping into boats and fighting and throwing chit it was really out of hand.

I guess Eggmont or that naked island will now get more crowded.

Another nice option is on the other side of shell @ Bunce's Pass. It's not as convenient as Shell, but seems to be more laid back. Eggmont is always a good place to hang, but of course there's no beaching, only anchoring and it can be rough. Passage Key (naked island) is almost gone due to its shifting sands the last I was there. Damn birds.

Mike - doing well - haven't been boating a lot this year - working like crazy and a few "lower unit" problems have taken up much of my time. Boats back and running now though!

Will take you up on your offer to go boating with you and Lisa - we have been meaning to get down your way but have had something going on nearly every weekend since July... It will get better after next week though. We should do an informal "fun run" up the Hillsborough River to Ricks for the next Bucs away game. Quality people watching there...
