ok ill work on getting a price for materials. they dont seem to hard to make. just have to figure out what material they are using for the pads that come in contact with the hull. and there dont seem to be many good pics on the net of them :-D

ok so update is.... the types of casters they use for the dollys are about 50-70 depending on what wheel material you want to use, based on what surface youll be rolling it on and how often youll be moving it around (smooth warehouse pavement, rough road pavement, etc) and as far as the steel involved mild steel 2x2x1/8 box tubing should be sufficient to hold the eight thats about $75 a stick of 24 ft which should be enough to make 2, we could bump it up to 1/4 and make them double the weight but way stronger, although it might be overkill..

Sooo let me know if your interested those ones from yardarm cost like what? 700-800 each?

Materials for me would cost like about $400-$450 im thinking time is worth about $100-150 in labor

let me know if your interested, i can paint them black or have them powder coated our shop is located next to a powder coating place.

can call me 407-687-6559, or email [email protected] or instant messanger: JLAUDIO29
