Don't forget innovative paint shops like TAOD, Mitcher T, etc. and vinyl graphics shops that are starting to catch on now.

Oh yeah, turbine engines!

I'll agree that some of the paint/graphics work has come a long way, but I think in a few short years your going to see it become a little more subtle - it's already going that direction, look at Gino's boat - incredible detail, but it's a whisper, not a scream.
In a few years, the loud paint will look the same as the Teal/Pink combos from the '80's does today.
Just my Opinionion.

Ditto on the paint, class is on it's way back!!! Melted crayons are out, and it's cheaper!!!!

APBA was not sold on the idea of this because of safety concerns. It was a tough sell back then when most guys were standing up in V-bottoms.
