Jeff,

OSO member Kevin Schulte owns www.hardlineproducts.com for a COTS product.

However, if you are going with vinyl stick on numbers for that beautiful boat, you are probably best visiting a local sign/vinyl shop, and having them whip up something custom for you. It should only take an afternoon to do; depending on how busy they are.

As mentioned above, they don't call Ryan Beckly 'Stickerboy' for nothing. He does great work.

If you get in a pinch, call Pat. He has a vinyl cutter in his office.

I go to the local vinyl guy and have him make them on the spot. He can do some cool things.

I got my last set from Boat-U.S. for about 50 bucks, and I've been very happy.

They have a great online text manipulator with previews.

I like going local as I can see the layout prior to them being cut and can see the vinyls firsthand. I almost always do a slight lean to the letters instead of block and sometimes go a tad smaller than 3" to fit in the area I'm placing the letters. I always go with a two tone drop shadow in colors to match the boat's trim so it is nice to see the colors up front to ensure they match.
